The time is nigh for affordable accommodation for students. The fact that the situation is already severe is shown not only in its media coverage, but also most of all by walking around many university towns. The reasons for this are well-known: The elimination of compulsory military service and two year groups of pupils finishing their final exams in the same year mean that there is an ever greater need for low-price accommodation.
At SANI, we offer living space solutions for a student-friendly environment. We have a number of different concepts for short and medium-term accommodation needs. For permanent requirements, however, we have tailored solutions.
SANI’s modular solutions are based on the idea of not just looking at individual parts, but rather viewing entire living units as components. This makes it possible for us to offer buildings with manageable planning expenses as well as economical and construction time-related advantages over erected buildings. The continuous development of our student hall construction method is supported by HafenCity University Hamburg — (the University Of The Built Environment And Metropolitan Development (HCU)). The goal is to make improvements together with the future users of the living space solutions and to adapt things as best as possible to the requirements of students and trainees. In this way, we hope that both sides will benefit from the exchange of knowledge and experience as well as the interplay between theory and practice – true to the principle of “learning from each other – understanding together”.
We would be delighted to develop a concept that suits you: Contact
